Campsite Reservations and Check-In Procedures:
- All campsite reservations must be made in advance. The reservation fee is set at $200 for a standard 30x30ft plot accommodating up to 5 individuals. Children aged 5 and under are not included in the occupancy count.
- An extra charge of $50 applies for each additional camper beyond the initial five. Please note, only full-stay bookings are accepted; no day passes available.
- Check-in begins on April 5th from 2:00 pm onward.
Campsite Dimensions and Occupancy Guidelines:
- Campsites measure 30x30 ft. All camping gear, including tents, must be contained within your assigned area.
- The maximum number of occupants per site is determined by space, safety, and comfort considerations.
- Only 1 vehicle permitted per registered campsite. This includes both tent and RV sites. Motorhomes will be allowed 1 towed vehicle.
Primitive Camping Experience:
- Our campsites are basic, lacking both water and electricity connections. Campers should bring their portable water supplies and alternative power solutions.
Waste Management:
- Bring your own trash bags/bins and dispose of all waste in the provided dumpster.
Observance of Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are enforced from 11:30 pm to 6:00 am to guarantee a serene experience for all campers.
Fire Policy:
- Due to safety concerns, creating fires is not allowed on the premises. This includes open flames and campfires.
Pet Policy:
- Pets are welcome but must remain leashed at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disrupt the campground's peace or endanger local wildlife.
Adherence to 'Leave No Trace':
- Campers are expected to follow 'Leave No Trace' practices, ensuring campsites are clean upon departure and the natural surroundings are preserved.
Community Conduct:
- We advocate for a considerate and neighborly camping environment. Engage respectfully in communal activities and be conscientious of your noise level.
Alcohol and Controlled Substances:
- Alcohol consumption is permitted for those of legal age, but must be done responsibly. The use of illegal substances is forbidden.
Glass Containers:
- No glass beverage containers of any kind permitted. All drink containers must be paper, plastic or aluminum. (This is for general safety to avoid broken glass, but also we do not want our livestock finding or stepping on broken glass after this event.)
Cancellation Policy:
- Once booked, no refunds are issued for any reason.
Check-Out Instructions:
- Campers must check out by 10:00 am on April 9th, ensuring their site is vacated and clean.
- Campers will be charged a minimum of $150 for any trash left behind.
Policy Compliance:
- Non-compliance with campsite rules may result in immediate expulsion without a refund. The campsite management retains the authority to introduce further regulations as deemed necessary for everyone's safety and enjoyment.
These rules are tailored to maintain the integrity of your camping experience, ensuring safety, respect for nature, and enjoyment for all campers.
Liability: 3r Events LLC will not be held responsible for loss or damage to camping tenant's property due to theft, loss, fire, vandalism, any other casualty, wild animals, or acts of God or Nature. Camping Tenants expressly assume all risks of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance for such losses.
Indemnification: Camping tenants indemnify and hold harmless 3r Events LLC, its officers, and employees from all claims, liability, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, for injury to person, loss of life, or damage to property arising out of tenant’s exercise of his rights hereunder, except as may be caused by the gross negligence or intentional acts of 3r Events LLC or its officers and /or employees.
